RACI Masters is created by RACI Solutions, a training, facilitation, and organizational change consulting firm that specializes in decision-making, accountability, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork. Founded in 2007 by Cassie Solomon, the company has created a network of seasoned trainers, facilitators and analysts. We offer off-the-shelf RACI workshops and customized RACI training experiences at your worksite, and we develop resources for learning and applying the RACI tool. RACI is a project management tool that helps companies and managers clarify roles: who is accountable and who is in charge. Using RACI can make you and your teams more effective. Cassie Solomon, President

Cassie Solomon is a highly experienced organizational development consultant, trainer and executive coach. Trained at Yale, Penn and the Wharton School of Business, she applies system-level thinking to align solutions that address complex client problems. She has been teaching RACI and using it with her clients for over 20 years. She thrives on getting results.

Cassie teaches RACI to global executives at Wharton’s Aresty Institute of Executive Education, and she has taught at the Wharton School of Business and University of Pennsylvania’s Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics. Her book, Leading Successful Change: 8 Keys to Making Change Work, co-authored with Gregory P. Shea, is now updated for 2020 and beyond to help leaders successfully navigate the ever-increasing pace of change (February 2020/Wharton School Press).
